We offer flat-rate standard shipping across Australia for $10, with free shipping on orders over $150. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, while Express shipping is available for $15 and takes 1-3 business days.
What is your return policy for fashion items?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and swimwear cannot be returned.
How do I know which size to choose?
We stock a variety of boutique labels, so sizing can vary. We provide a general size guide on our website, and specific fit notes are often included in the product descriptions. If you are between sizes, we recommend contacting our Yamba team for personalized advice.
Do you offer Click & Collect for local customers?
Yes! If you are in the Yamba area, you can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout. Your order will usually be ready for collection at our physical boutique within 2-4 hours during business hours.
